Chennai Bulls reigns supreme in the Equestrian CL

Chennai Bulls, representing Tamil Nadu, tallied 311 points for the top spot and the champions tag in the national-level Equestrian Champions League (ECL) at an arena near the Equestrian Crest in Molapalayam on Sunday (August 31, 2026).

Bangalore Knights (291) and Golconda Chargers (Telangana, 286) were in the hunt for the title for the most part before the Bulls performed one better to wear the crown. The team went home richer by ₹15 lakhs as well, while Bangalore Knights and Golconda Chargers had to rest content with a cash purse of ₹10 lakhs and five lakhs respectively.

A. Raja, Member of Parliament, Nilgiris Constituency, gave away the prizes. K.A. Sengottaiyan, Minister for Revenue and Disaster Management, MLA Sathyabama, actors Arya and Shyam, Sundar Ramakrishnan, Managing Trustee, SNR Sons Charitable Trust, A.S. Sakti Balaji, President, Equestrian Champions League, were also present.
