The homeΒ in Troutman is owned by Regan and Megan Smith. Regan Smith competed in NASCAR from 2002 until 2019. He won the 2011 Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway with Furniture Row Racing before competing in what was then the NASCAR Xfinity Series with JR Motorsports.Β
Regan shifted to a part-time schedule in 2017, becoming an analyst with Fox Sports, a role he still serves.Β
The luxurious estate, located along Morrison Farms Road, is nearly 11 acres of waterfront property on Lake Norman. The 7,934-square-foot house includes 5 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, indoor and outdoor kitchens, plus an in-ground pool.Β
