Norwegian-born beauty entrepreneur Gry Susann Tomte has paid tribute to her husband after he was found stabbed to death in the front garden of their luxury on Queenslandβs Sunshine Coast.
A neighbour found the body of Tomteβs husband, Zdravko (Zed) Bilic, 57, about 7.30pm on Monday in the Sunshine Coast suburb of Warana.

βHe was the kindest, gentlest person Iβve ever known,β Tomte told 9News. βLoved by everyone who ever had the fortune of meeting him,β she said.
Tomte was away from the home at the time of Bilicβs death and had asked a neighbour to check up on him after not having heard from him for some time. The neighbour found him dead about 7.30pm on Monday. Police believe he was killed some 20 hours before he was found.

She is the founder of HΓD, a high-end skin and beauty clinic with locations in the Melbourne suburbs of St Kilda and Northcote. The clinicsβ offerings include laser treatments, peels, clinical facials and skin needling, with prices ranging from around $50 to upwards of $500.

Tomte studied at The University of Oslo, and started her beauty empire later in life in 2017 β an idea sparked by her own visits to a beautician in Canada.
She trained with the beautician before working as a waxer and nail artist, eventually starting her own business. Tomte also worked as a high-performance coach, giving business advice to other entrepreneurs, and was slated to speak at the Brisbane Aesthetic Summit on July 21, according to Instagram.
