With France set to become the first major Western democracy to recognize a Palestinian state, Foreign Minister Jean-NoΓ«l Barrot told “Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan” that “what’s happening in Gaza right now is appalling.” Barrot said his office has been working for months to get humanitarian aid to Palestinians.
